- Firdous MHM ,அரசியலமைப்பு, சட்டம் மற்றும் பொருளாதாரம் ஆகியவற்றில் நிபுணத்துவம் பெற்ற ஒரு இளம் கல்வியாளர். வளரும் நாடுகளில் அரசியலமைப்பு வளர்ச்சியின் சவால்கள், மக்களை மையமாகக் கொண்ட அரசியலமைப்பிற்கான கட்டமைப்பை உருவாக்குதல் மற்றும் அரசியலமைப்பு மற்றும் குற்றவியல் நீதி மற்றும் மனித உரிமைகள் சட்டங்களின் மீது ஜனரஞ்சகத்தின் செல்வாக்கு ஆகியவற்றின் மீது அவரது ஆராய்ச்சி கவனம் செலுத்துகிறது.
- Firdous MHM, கொழும்பு பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் சட்டத்தில் LL.M பட்டத்தையும் லிவர்பூல் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் சர்வதேச முகாமைத்துவத்தில் MSc பட்டத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளார். இலங்கையில் அவரது பணியானது மக்களை மையப்படுத்திய அரசியலமைப்பை உருவாக்குவதில் முதன்மையாக கவனம் செலுத்துகிறது.
- இலங்கையில் உயர்கல்வி பெறுவதற்கான உரிமை தொடர்பான அரசியலமைப்பு மற்றும் கொள்கை கட்டமைப்பின் விமர்சன பகுப்பாய்வை அவரது சமீபத்திய ஆய்வு பங்களிப்பில் உள்ளடக்கியுள்ளது.
- அவர் இலங்கைக்கான மக்களை மையப்படுத்திய அரசியலமைப்புக்கான இயக்கத்தின் இணை அழைப்பாளராகவும் உள்ளார்.
- Firdous MHM, ஒரு பட்டய கணக்காளர், மற்றும் இலங்கை, மாலைதீவு மற்றும் மத்திய கிழக்கு நாடுகளில் பத்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக big4 கணக்காய்வு மற்றும் ஆலோசனை நிறுவனங்களுடன் பணிபுரிந்து வருகிறார். Big4 நிறுவனங்களில் அவர் பதவி வகித்த காலத்தில், வணிக மற்றும் அரசு நிறுவனங்களுக்கான பல்வேறு ஆலோசனைத் திட்டங்களில் பணியாற்றினார்.
- கடந்த காலத்தில், மத்திய கிழக்கில் (2013-2019) அரசாங்க நிறுவனங்களில் சி-லெவலுக்கு ஆய்வாளராகவும் ஆலோசகராகவும் ஃபிர்தௌஸ் பணியாற்றியுள்ளார். அவர் ஒரு தசாப்தத்திற்கும் மேலாக ACCA போன்ற தொழில்முறை படிப்புகளுக்கான மூலோபாய மேலாண்மை, வணிகச் சட்ட பாடங்களில் தொழில்முறை படிப்புகளை கற்பித்துள்ளார்.

Firdous MHM is a young academic specializing in constitution, law, and economy. His research focuses on the challenges of constitutional development in developing countries, building a framework for the people-centered constitution, and the influence of populism over constitutionalism and Criminal justice and human rights laws.Firdous has an LL.M in Law from the University of Colombo and an MSc in International Management from the University of Liverpool.His advocacy work in Sri Lanka has focused primarily on developing a people-centered constitution. His recent research contribution includes a critical analysis of the constitutional and policy framework on the Right to access to higher education in Sri Lanka. He is also a Co-Convenor of the Movement for a People-Centered Constitution for Sri Lanka.Firdous is a Chartered Finalist and was working with big4 Audit and Consultancy firms for more than ten years in Sri Lanka, Maldives, and the Middle East countries. During his terms of office at Big4 firms, he worked on various consultancy projects for commercial and governmental organizations.
In the past, Firdous has worked as an analyst and advisor to C-Level at Governmental Corporations in the Middle East (2013-2019). He has taught professional courses on Strategic management, Business Law subjects for professional courses such as ACCA for more than a decade.
